Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick butter, cream with sugar
    pinch of salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. white raisins
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
