Mussels With Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    72 mussels
    8 oz. butter
    salt and pepper
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    fine dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Scrub mussels well and wash under running water.
    Steam open mussels by shaking them in a deep pan over a high flame.
    Keep mussels in half shell and arrange on platter.
