Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed, ripe bananas
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Beat after each.
Add bananas.
Sift together the flour, soda and salt. Add to banana mixture.
Stir in walnuts.
Bake in loaf pan 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
