Ingredients

3 oz. sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 c. diced ham
1/4 c. diced onion
1 c. sliced mushrooms
fresh garlic to taste
white pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. white wine
2 Tbsp. olive oil
3/4 c. cream or half and half
2 Tbsp. chopped black olives
1 small box angel hair pasta, cooked according to pkg. directions
Preparation

Soak tomatoes in warm water for 45 minutes prior to cooking. Saute onion, mushrooms, garlic and ham in the olive oil until onion is transparent.
Add white wine and cook until reduced by half.
Add cream, tomatoes and black olives.
Bring back to simmer.
Season with white pepper and salt to taste.
Pour sauce mix over pasta and garnish with chopped parsley.
Serves 4.
