Basic Chicken Or Veal Cutlets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. veal or chicken
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. Romano cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. or more olive oil to fry
Preparation

Beat eggs in small bowl.
In a large bowl, make bread crumb mixture with bread crumbs, cheese, salt, pepper, parsley and garlic.
Mix well.
Dip chicken or veal into eggs, then put in bread crumb mixture until well coated.
Heat oil in frying pan. Add veal or chicken and cook about 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towel to remove excess oil.
