Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head broccoli
    3 c. chopped carrots
    1 c. chopped sweet yellow onion
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) container low-fat plain yogurt
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Trim broccoli stalks; cut off flowerets.
    Cut stalks into small pieces (matchstick size).
    Place in large bowl.
    Cut flowerets into small pieces.
    Add to bowl.
    Stir in carrots, onions and raisins.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Add to vegetables.
    Mix well.
    Refrigerate, covered, for 4 hours or overnight, stirring 2 or 3 times.
