St. Patrick'S Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes, peeled
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. chives
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    paprika
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender.
    Beat the cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth.
    Add potatoes and remaining ingredients, except paprika.
    Beat just until combined.
    Spoon mixture into buttered casserole (or use Pam).
    Sprinkle paprika; cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Remove and uncover for 15 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
