German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. red potatoes
    1 lb. bacon, diced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 small onion
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
    hard-boiled eggs
    diced celery
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes.
    Cool and slice.
    Brown bacon.
    Remove bits from pan and to the drippings; add flour, onion and celery.
    Saute 1 minute.
    Add sugar, water and vinegar.
    Cook, stirring until clear and glossy.
    Toss all ingredients.
