Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
3/4 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
2 c. cubed cooked beef
1 c. clear, ready to serve beef broth
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. hot, seasoned mashed potatoes
Preparation

In large skillet over medium heat in hot margarine cook onions, celery and carrots until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in beef; heat through.
Stir in flour.
Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly.
Heat to boiling.
Stir in Worcestershire.
Spoon mixture into 1 1/2-quart round casserole. Top with mashed potatoes.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until heated through.
Serves 4.
