Candied Carrots (Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced carrots
1 tsp. salt
artificial sweetener to equal 1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. orange juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Place all ingredients in saucepan; cover and bring to a boil. Simmer slowly for about 25 minutes.
Makes 2 servings.
