Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (1 lb. 4 oz.) cans crushed pineapple
    2 (1 lb.) cans sliced peaches, cubed
    2 c. seedless grapes, halved
    1 1/2 c. maraschino cherries, cut in eighths
    1/2 lb. marshmallows, quartered
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin (1 Tbsp.)
    1 3/8 c. cold water
    1 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
    2 (16 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
    3 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
Preparation
    Drain fruit, saving 1 1/2 c. of the pineapple juice. Combine fruit and marshmallows. Soften gelatin in cold water. Heat pineapple juice to boiling. Add gelatin and stir to dissolve. Add orange and lemon juices, sugar and salt. Stir to dissolve. Chill. When mixture starts to thicken, add fruit mixture and nuts. Fold in Cool Whip and salad dressing. Spoon into quart containers and freeze. Makes 9 quarts.
