Okra And Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. can stewed tomatoes
    16 oz. can cut okra
    8 oz. can whole kernel corn
    1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
    1/4 c. shortening
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat shortening in a large skillet.
    Add okra; saute until tender.
    Add tomatoes and corn; simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add sausage, salt and pepper; stir well.
    Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. May be eaten over rice or alone.
