Butterscotch Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. hot water
    1 c. butterscotch morsels
    2 Tbsp. instant dry coffee
    1 c. soft butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    In 1/4 cup hot water, melt 1 cup butterscotch morsels and instant dry coffee.
    Add butterscotch mixture to butter and sugar.
    Mix remaining dry ingredients and add to batter, alternating with buttermilk.
    Add eggs last.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in a tube pan.
