Wendy'S Oatmeal Gingersnap Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. quick cooking oatmeal
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 egg
    sugar to roll top of cookie balls in
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 c. molasses
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Roll into 1-inch balls.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
