Bombay Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese - softened
    4 oz. sharp cheese - grated
    1/2 tsp. curry or to taste
Preparation
    Whip all ingredients until fluffy.
    Mold into disk and chill well.
    Before serving, spread with:
    1/3 c. mango chutney, 2 Tbsp. flaked coconut, 1/2 c. chopped pecans, 1 Tbsp. green onions, and 1 1/2 Tbsp. currants.
