Zucchini Pineapple Bread(Makes Two Loaves) - cooking recipe

3 eggs, beaten
2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. grated zucchini
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, sugar, vanilla, oil, and zucchini.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, soda, baking powder, and salt.
Add the zucchini batter to the flour batter and mix well.
Stir in raisins, nuts, and pineapple until just blended.
Pour into two 9x5x3-inch loaf pans.
Bake in a preheated 325\u00b0 oven for one hour, or until browned.
