Pepper Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 green peppers
12 red peppers
16 onions
bunch of celery
3 pt. vinegar
3 c. sugar
3 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Grind all vegetables and cover with boiling water.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Drain.
Add vinegar, sugar and salt.
Boil for 1/2 hour and put into pint jars.
