Mrs. Jones' Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 stick pure butter
    1 c. Crisco shortening
    3 c. Swans Down cake flour
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1 Tbsp. lemon extract
    1 Tbsp. rum extract
Preparation
    Cream butter, Crisco and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time. Mix well.
    Alternately add milk and flour.
    Add flavorings.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Test with straw.
    If not done, cook 15 minutes longer.
