Egg Strada(Great For A Brunch Or Lunch) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 to 16 slices sourdough bread, crusts removed
butter
1 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. spicy Brown 'N Serve sausages
4 eggs
1 qt. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
paprika
Preparation

Butter bread slices on one side.
In a 13 x 9-inch baking pan, arrange bread in a layer and cover with half of the cheese.
Cut sausages into bite size pieces and spread over cheese.
Make a second layer of buttered bread slices and top with remaining cheese.
In blender, beat eggs, milk and mustard.
Pour egg mixture over bread and cheese.
Dust with paprika.
Let stand, covered, in refrigerator overnight.
Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Additional cheese may be added according to taste.
Serves 8.
