No Peek Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef cubes
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 c. onions, diced
    1 c. carrots, diced
    1 c. potatoes, diced
    1 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper
    1 c. or more V-8 juice
Preparation
    Mix all together and bake at 250\u00b0 for 4 hours.
    Do not open lid while cooking.
