Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. packed light brown sugar
    1/4 c. milk
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Melt margarine on low heat.
    Add milk.
    Add firmly packed light brown sugar and stir until melted.
    Blend and bring to a boil.
    Let boil for 1 minute.
    Cool and add confectioners sugar, enough to spread easily.
    May be used on any cake.
