Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    8 large lasagna noodles
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
    1 tsp. ground marjoram
    1 tsp. Italian seasonings or oregano
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    sprinkle of garlic powder
    1 large carton small curd cottage cheese
    6 slices Mozzarella cheese (8 oz. pkg.)
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion and drain.
    Combine tomato sauce, tomato
    paste and spices together in pot.\tAdd drained meat. Bring
    to
    a
    boil\tand
    then simmer on low heat for 20 minutes, covered.
    Stir
    occasionally
    and
    may
    add
    a small amount
    of water as needed.
    Boil noodles according to package directions. Drain noodles.
    Grease oblong pan.\tLayer according
    to
    this: noodles
    (may
    slightly
    overlap), meat sauce, sliced
    Mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.\tRepeat\tlayers once.
    Bake
    20 to 30 minutes, uncovered,\tat

    or until cheese looks melted.
    Allow to stand about 10 minutes before serving.
