Texas Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 small carton sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation

Thaw potatoes and mix all ingredients, except crackers.
Put in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Mix Ritz crackers and 1 cup butter together.
Spread over potato mixture and bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
