Hot Dish Roll-Up - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent dinner rolls
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
    Unroll crescent rolls to form a long rectangle on an ungreased cookie sheet; pinch perforations together.
    Add soup, pepper and onion to beef.
    Place mixture down the middle of pastry.
    Pull up edges to form a rim.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until light brown.
    Place cheese on top and bake an additional 5 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
