Green Goddess Dressing(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unpeeled zucchini, cooked and drained
    1 c. buttermilk
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. any dry salad dressing mix
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in blender.
    Blend at medium speed until smooth.
    Makes approximately 2 cups.
    There are 16 calories per tablespoon.
