Roast Crock-Pot Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. venison roast
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/4 c. vinegar or lemon juice
    1 lb. can tomatoes (stewed)
Preparation
    Season roast with salt.
    Roll in flour and brown in hot bacon drippings.
    Place in crock-pot.
    Add remaining ingredients,
    cover and
    cook on high for 2 hours.
    Then turn to low for 8 to 10 hours.
