Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
2 egg whites
1 1/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
5 (2.1 oz) Butterfinger candy bars, chopped
Preparation

Cream butter and sugars.
Add egg whites and beat well. Blend in peanut butter and vanilla.
Combine in small bowl the flour, baking soda and salt.
Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in chopped candy bars.
Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 - 12 min.
Serves 8 - 10.
