Turkey Cashew Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. can Chinese noodles
    2 c. diced cooked turkey
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. cashew nuts
    1/2 c. chopped scallions
    10 1/2 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Reserve 1/2 cup noodles.
    Place remaining noodles in mixing bowl.
    Add turkey, celery, nuts and scallions; toss lightly.
    In small bowl blend soup, broth and soy sauce.
    Pour over turkey mixture; mix well.
    Turn into casserole; sprinkle with reserved mixture.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
