Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large ripe bananas (4 if small)
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. crushed pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Mash ripe bananas with fork.
    Stir in other ingredients.
    Bake for 1 hour in preheated 325\u00b0 oven.
    Pour into well-greased and floured pan.
