Sand-Kaker(Sand Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. butter and 1/4 c. shortening
    1 egg
    2 tsp. cream
    almond extract
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Press into sand cake forms, spreading dough as thin as possible.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 until a very light brown, about 25 minutes.
    Cool and remove from forms.
