Salmon Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. onion
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Drain salmon and flake, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Add balance of ingredients.
    Mix. Form into patties.
    Chill.
    Fry in oil until lightly browned.
    Top with Ranch dressing.
    Serve on hamburger buns.
    Very good.
