Fried Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 medium eggs
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. lard (warm)
    6 Tbsp. canned milk
Preparation
    Mix flour and dry ingredients.
    Beat eggs.
    Add lard to dry ingredients. Mix well to make a soft dough.
    Let set in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
    Roll out to 1/4-inch thick.
    Cut in 4 to 5 rounds and put in filling on half and wet edge with milk.
    Fold the other half over and press with fork. Fry in 400\u00b0 shortening until brown on both sides. Makes 12 to 14 pies.
