Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. round steak, cut in bite size pieces
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. margarine
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 c. noodles
Preparation

Brown steak and onion in margarine.
Stir in soup, water and paprika.
Cover.
Cook 30 minutes on low.
Add sour cream and cook 15 more minutes.
Stir often.
Serve over cooked noodles.
