Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. Wheat Chex cereal, crushed to 1/2 c.
    1/3 c. chopped nuts
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 1/2 c. mashed banana
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2-inch loaf pan.
    Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cereal and nuts.
    Combine egg, oil, water, bananas and vanilla. Add all at once to dry ingredients.
    Stir just to moisten.
    Spread evenly into pan.
    Bake 50 to 55 minutes.
    Let cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
    Makes 1 loaf.
