Zucchini Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thinly sliced zucchini (4 small), peeled or unpeeled
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    dash of pepper
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Spread in pan and bake until golden brown for 25 minutes.
    Cut in triangles (2 x 1-inch), if desired.
