A Raw Vegetable Plate - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stalk celery, cleaned (cut sticks in half)
4 sliced red tomatoes
1 large onion, sliced
1/2 lb. radishes, cleaned and sliced in half
lettuce leaves
5 carrots, peeled and sliced
3 cucumbers, cut into thin slices
2 raw beets, sliced
Preparation

Place
all
prepared vegetables on a large platter that has been covered with lettuce leaves.
Serves 8 to 10.
Serve with any meal.
