Sausage-Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. medium sausage
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 to 3 slices bread
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain.
Cube bread and place in a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Beat eggs.
Add milk and beat.
Add mustard and mix. Add cheese and sausage and mix.
Pour into pan over bread cubes. Place in refrigerator overnight.
When ready to bake, bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
