Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. grated, peeled zucchini
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add sugar, oil and vanilla; beat well. Add zucchini.
    Mix lightly.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yield:
    2 small and 1 large loaves or 2 very large loaves.
