Crock-Pot Steak Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    1 onion, sliced
    3 stalks celery, sliced
    2 carrots, sliced
    2 potatoes, cubed
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    1 steak, cut in small pieces, browned and drained
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    2 to 4 Tbsp. beef granule base
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Put all ingredients except butter and flour in crock-pot. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
    One hour before serving, turn to high.
    Mix 1/2 cup melted butter and 1/2 cup flour.
    Stir until smooth.
    Pour into crock-pot and stir until thickened.
    Cook on high 1/2 hour longer.
