Salmon-Brown Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained
    2 c. cooked brown rice
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. sea salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    paprika
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except the paprika. When well blended, place in 1-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve hot.
    Makes 4 servings.
