Minnesota Hot Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburg
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 c. tomato juice
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix and put in bottom of casserole.
Slice 4 cups of raw potatoes and one large onion.
Put potatoes on top of mixture, then top with sliced onion.
Pour milk to almost cover mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour or until potatoes are soft.
