Pina Colada Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 box cake mix
    1 c. water
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    16 oz. cream of coconut
    12 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking oil. Dump into pan the cake mix, water, pineapple, oranges, eggs and 3/4 cup coconut. Mixture will be lumpy and runny after stirring in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until lightly brown.
    Remove from oven and punch holes in top while hot.
    Pour cream of coconut over hot cake.
    Let cake cool completely.
    Mix together remaining 3/4 cup coconut and Cool Whip and spread over top of cooled cake. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
