Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baked potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 egg yolk
    1/3 to 1/2 c. milk
    1 egg white
    1/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in half.
    Scoop out potatoes and mash.
    Add butter, seasoning, onion and egg yolks.
    Add milk and mash again. Beat egg whites.
    When stiff, fold whites and cheese into mashed potatoes.
    Fill shells and bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
