Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans celery soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 bag California Blend vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, broccoli), cut into smaller pieces
    4 c. cooked and diced chicken
    2 cans sliced water chestnuts, drained and cut into smaller pieces
    1 c. shredded cheese (sharp)
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Combine soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
    Stir in vegetables, chicken and water chestnuts.
    Put into buttered 13 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Top with cornflake crumbs (combined with butter).
    Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
