Tony'S Cube Steak Stacks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. beef cube steaks
4 medium cracked pepper
2 to 3 tsp. oil
1 Tbsp. butter
8 slices rye bread
2 Tbsp. oil
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Sprinkle the steaks with cracked pepper, using from 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon, depending on your taste preference.
Preheat broiler. Heat the oil and butter in heavy skillet.
Brown the steaks quickly about 4 minutes per side.
