Ingredients

3 c. sliced carrots
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/3 c. Mrs. Butterworth lite syrup
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
chopped parsley to taste
Preparation

Cook carrots in boiling water for 10 minutes or until tender; drain.
Melt butter; stir in syrup and ginger; cook 1 minute. Pour glaze over carrots.
Stir and garnish with parsley.
Makes 4 servings.
