Honey Apricot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2/3 c. brown sugar (firmly packed)
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. low-fat milk
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 c. Post Natural Bran flakes
    1 c. dried apricots, finely chopped
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix egg, milk, honey and margarine.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Stir just until moistened.
    Stir in cereal and apricots.
    Pour into an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan which has been sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
