California Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

unbaked pie crust
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
4 oz. Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Ortega green chilies, drained and chopped
3/4 c. sliced ripe olives
1 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
4 eggs
Preparation

Start with crust.
Repeat layers of Monterey Jack, Cheddar, chilies and olives.
Combine milk, flour and eggs and pour over layers.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Pour tomato sauce over top.
Sprinkle a little cheese on top.
