Spaghetti Confetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, broken into 1-inch pieces
    1/2 c. cabbage, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. carrots, shredded
    1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti; drain and rinse well.
    Add to remaining ingredients.
    Chill overnight.
