Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen round steak (1 1/2-inches thick)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. fat
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Cut meat into pieces for serving.
    Mix flour, salt and pepper. Pound into meat.
    Melt fat, add meat and brown well.
    Put into greased baking dish; sprinkle mustard and onion on top of meat. Add tomato juice.
    Cover and bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 or cook on top of range for approximately one hour.
